• Which payment methods are available?

  We use Paypal, even if you don’t have a Paypal account you can use your VISA through them.  It is  very safe and reliable.  If you would rather do an E-transfer or cash we accept that too.

• Can I try out your products at the shop?

  We do not have a store front but there are samples at the studio located on Manley Line.  Please contact  us to make an appointment as someone is not always available.

• Can we collaborate?

  Absolutely!  If you have an idea that you would like to bring to life, please contact us with the custom orders tab.  Fill out as much information as you can, you can also upload a file if you have one, so we can see exactly what you are thinking!  

Orders & Shipping

• Do you ship internationally?

  At the present moment we only ship Canada and the United States.

• Can I track my order?

  You will get all the shipping information emailed to you as soon as your parcel is sent out.

• How long will my order take to arrive?

  Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.  That really means we have to make what you have ordered.  The customer can choose which shipping method they would like to go with which will be 2-4 business days on average.  Once the parcel is shipped by us you will receive notifications by email regarding your parcel.

• How can I change my order?

  Oops you made an error with your order?  That’s ok we can fix it.  Send us an email with the problem and we will get back to you.  

Exchanges & Returns

• How can I exchange or return a product?

  Personalized orders cannot be returned however if there is a problem with your order or a manufacture defect please contact us so we can make it right!

Materials & Care

• Where do the materials come from?

  We use Gildan® t-shirts and sweatshirts.  They are a company that have been around for quite a while and the quality of their products are great.

  Our HTV (heat transfer vinyl) is Siser which is currently recognized as a leading company in the production of heat-transfer materials for applications on fabrics.

  Our pine for the sign blanks is purchased locally which are then cut and edged by a local craftsman.   

• How do I have to clean my product?

  Your shirts will last wash after wash.  Wash your garment inside out and at the temperate indicated on the garment tag.  Dry on normal setting and promptly remove when done to avoid wrinkles.  Do not dry clean or use bleach.

• How do I get a copy of my invoice?

  You will get a copy of your invoice emailed to you with your purchase confirmation.  If you need another copy please contact us and we will be happy to email it to you.
